Create your account and verify your email

Sign up with your email, enter the code we send you, and get ready to set up your company.

Sign up

1. Open the sign-up page.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email and a password of at least 8 characters.
3. Tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. You cannot continue without it.
4. Select Sign Up.

If the email already belongs to a verified account, you will see "Email already in use." Sign in instead, or use Forgot Password.

Verify your email

After you sign up, the Verify your email page opens and we send a 6-digit code to your email address.

1. Open the email and copy the code.
2. Type it into the Enter OTP box.
3. Select Verify.

You are signed in straight away and taken to the next step, where you set up your company.

If the code does not arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Select Resend code. A new code is sent and the old one stops working. You can ask for another one after a 30-second wait (the button counts down).
• If you typed the wrong email address, select Sign up again and start over.

Common questions

I typed the wrong code. You will see "Invalid OTP." and can try again. After 5 wrong codes the code is cancelled and you are asked to sign up again to get a new one.

I signed up but never verified. Can I sign up again with the same email? Yes. A sign-up that was never verified is replaced when you sign up again with the same email.

Someone invited me to their company. Sign up with the same email address that received the invitation. After you verify, you will see the invitation and can accept it. See Add and manage employees.
