A tour of the dashboard

What each card on the dashboard shows, where it links to, and why you might see fewer cards than a colleague.

The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. It gives you "your business at a glance: this month's sales and purchases, money owed to you, and what needs your attention."

The summary cards

Each card is clickable and opens the matching page.

Amounts are shown in your company's currency.

Quick actions

Below the cards, Quick actions gives one-click shortcuts: New invoice, New quotation, Record a bill, Open leads and Review approvals.

Why do I see fewer cards than a colleague?

A card and its shortcut appear only if your role can view that area: Sales, Purchases, Approvals or Leads. If your role cannot view any of them, the dashboard shows "Nothing to summarise yet". This is normal, not an error. Ask your company owner to change your role if you need more; see Roles and permissions.

Branches and the dashboard

If your company has branches, the branch picker in the left menu changes what the dashboard counts. When one branch is picked, a small note says "Showing the branch picked in the sidebar" and the figures that belong to branches (sales, purchases, receivables and pending approvals) cover only that branch. Leads are company-wide, so they are not filtered. Choose All branches to see everything. See Switch company and branch.
