Sign in to the customer portal
Register once with your email on file, confirm it with a code, then sign in whenever you need.
Open your company's portal
Your supplier or service company gives you a portal address that ends in /portal/ followed by their company name. Open it in your browser. You land on the Client Portal sign-in page.
Register (first time only)
You can register only with the email address that the company already has on file for you.
- Click Register.
- Type the Email on file.
- Choose a password. It must have at least 8 characters.
- Click Register.
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. It expires after 15 minutes.
- On the Verify your email page, enter your email and the code in OTP, then click Verify.
You are signed in straight away and see your portal overview. If the page says "We couldn't find an account on file with that email", the company does not have that address on your record. Contact them and ask them to correct it.
If you enter a wrong code too many times, the code stops working and you must register again to get a new one. If the code expired, register again as well.
- Open the portal address.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Click Sign In.
If anything is wrong, the message is always "Invalid email or password". It deliberately does not say which part was wrong, to protect your account.
Sign out
Click Log Out at the bottom of the left menu, especially on a shared computer. Your sign-in otherwise stays valid for up to 7 days on that browser.
What you see
The left menu shows only what applies to you. A customer sees Overview, Invoices, Statement, Payments, Projects and Documents. A supplier sees a different menu, described in Suppliers and service providers.
Good to know
- You see only your own information, never another customer's.
- If the company ends your relationship or removes your record, your sign-in stops working.
- If you forget your password, contact the company; the portal has no "forgot password" page.
