Low Stock Alerts
See which products have dropped to or below their reorder level.
Low Stock Alerts lists the products you should reorder.
Open the page
Choose Inventory > Low Stock Alerts in the sidebar, or open Low Stock Alerts.
What you see
A table with the item Name, its SKU, Current Stock (in red), its Reorder Level and an Action button called Restock. Click a name or Restock to open the item, where you can see where the stock sits and record more on the Stock tab.
If nothing needs attention the page says "Nothing is running low right now."
Which items appear
An item is listed when all of these are true:
- it is a product that has Track inventory on,
- it has a Reorder Level set, and
- its current stock, added up across all warehouses, is equal to or lower than that level.
Set the level when you add an item or later on the edit page. An item with no reorder level never appears here.
Good to know
- The page is a live list based on current stock. It does not send messages by itself.
- The same items show their stock number in red in the item list.
- Restock only takes you to the item. To record stock you have received, use Adjust Stock.
