Find and manage your projects

Use the Projects list to search, open and delete projects.

What Projects is for

A project groups everything about one piece of work: a task board, bugs and issues, the scope of work, files, payments, expenses and the agreed price. A project can be linked to a client.

Open the list

  1. In the left menu, open Projects, then Projects List. You can also go straight to Projects.
  2. Use the Search box to find a project by name. The list updates as you type.
  3. Click a project name (or the eye icon) to open it.

The list shows each project's Name, Description and Status (active or inactive). If there are many projects, use the page numbers below the table.

Start a new project

Click Create New Project at the top right. See Create and edit a project.

Delete a project

  1. Click the red bin icon on the project's row.
  2. Confirm the message "Delete this project and all its tasks?"

Good to know

  • You only see the Projects menu if your role is allowed to view projects. Viewing, editing and deleting are separate permissions, so a button may be refused if your role lacks it. Ask your administrator to adjust your role.
  • Projects can be switched off for a company, and some branch types (for example a clinic) do not show the Projects menu at all.
  • The list shows the projects of the company you are working in. If you belong to several companies, check which one is selected at the top of the left menu.
