Clinic reports
See today's queue, visits completed, new patients, revenue, common diagnoses and visits per doctor.

Open Clinic > Clinic Reports (Reports) for a summary of how the clinic is doing. You need the Clinic View permission.
Choose a period
Set From and To. It starts as the first of this month up to today. The figures update as soon as you change a date, and the start date cannot be after the end date.
What you see

| In the queue now | Patients waiting plus those with the doctor today, with the count of waiting, with the doctor and seen today |
| Visits completed | Completed visits in the period |
| New patients | Patients registered in the period |
| Revenue | Total of the charges on settled bills, with the number of billed visits and the average per billed visit |
Two lists sit below the cards:
- Most common diagnoses shows the top five diagnoses among completed visits, with counts. Diagnoses that differ only in capital letters are counted together.
- Visits by doctor shows completed visits for each doctor. Visits with no doctor assigned are grouped as "No doctor".
If there are no completed visits in the period, both lists say so.
Good to know
- Revenue is the total of charges before tax on bills that have been settled. The posted invoices in Sales hold the tax and payments.
- A completed visit that was never settled counts under Visits completed but adds nothing to revenue. Look for Not billed in the queue.
- Reports cover the clinic branch selected in the Clinic selector at the top of the page.
