Library

Run a library or study centre - seats, shifts, students, memberships and fees.

The Library module is for study centres and libraries where each student rents one seat, for one shift of the day, for a plan of one month or longer. Everything is in one menu, Library, with five pages: Overview, Seat Map, Memberships, Students and Seats & Shifts. Start with the first article if this is a new library.

• Set up rooms, seats and shifts

  Tell Legasum how many seats your library has, how they are grouped into rooms, and which shifts students can take.

• Add and manage students

  Keep each student's contact details, guardian, ID proof and membership history in one place.

• Give a seat and manage memberships

  Enrol a student in a seat and shift for a plan, record payments, renew and cancel.

• Use the seat map

  See which seats are free or taken for a shift and day, and give, move or block seats.
