Customer Portal
A private page where your own customers and suppliers see their invoices, payments, projects, documents and support cases.
Every company has its own portal at /portal/<your company address>. Customers (and suppliers) sign in there to see only their own records. Staff articles explain how to give people access and what to share; customer articles are written for the people who use the portal.
- Give a customer access to the portal
How a customer gets a portal login - there is no invitation to send; they claim it with the email on their record.
- Share documents and files with customers
Documents stay private until you switch them on for the portal.
- Sign in to the customer portal
Register once with your email on file, confirm it with a code, then sign in whenever you need.
- View invoices, statement and payments
See what you were billed, what you paid and your running balance.
- Follow your projects and documents
See your projects, their agreed price changes, and the documents the company shared with you.
- Suppliers and service providers in the portal
What a supplier sees after signing in - assigned projects, their own compensation and settlement status.
